This low-impact workout is good for recovering from injuries as well, so it’s a great fitness option for many. On top of the fitness benefits, it’s super relaxing and can be awesome for mental health. It’s a chance to tear your eyes off of the screens and get out into nature, with literally no chance of hooking back up to devices seeing as you’re out in the middle of a body of water! 



It may feel like a chore to start, but once you’re out and running, there’s nothing better than a good jog to boost your mood! In fact, it’s one of the most versatile hobbies you could start. You can run anywhere, any time, for any length of time, which makes it the perfect hobby for those who lead a busy lifestyle. Whether you choose a scenic riverside run or quick city route, it’s a great chance to get out and soak up some sunshine in the summertime.



It may not be taking advantage of the sunshine, but it’s certainly a chance to upskill. Cooking can be fun, informative and even therapeutic. Teaching yourself new recipes and new ways to cook will help you understand how certain flavours work together, and how to master certain techniques.
