Returns policy

Returns by Post

• We offer a refund on any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us unworn and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
• Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality.

• UK & Republic of Ireland customers can return items to their nearest evans store, excluding those in department stores. Please note that bridal wear can only be returned by post within 14 days as outlined above.
