Top Level Sales Advisers
Similar to a supervisor role in other businesses, this position is an excellent first step towards a retail management career.
As a top-level sales adviser, you'll be a key influence in the store; supporting your team and liaising with management in ensuring sales and service are as they should be. You'll continually develop your skills, as well as those of the store team.

As an area manager, you'll work closely with the store management teams, strategically driving store performance and continually identifying opportunities for improvement.
Through great leadership and direction, you'll motivate your team to achieve fantastic results.
And through great communication and networking, you'll have a strong influence on business strategy. By drawing on your commercial acumen, your knowledge of what's happening on the high street, and your understanding of our customer needs, you'll make decisions that will really make a difference.
Whether you join us as a branch manager or as a deputy manager, you'll provide leadership that will ensure we reach our goal of ensuring our customers have a great experience every time they visit your store.
