Retail Operations

Retail Operations are responsible for sending out communication to stores and field teams on a regular and structured basis to ensure that communication is clear, concise and motivational.

They will collate news articles from different departments within the brand to include in our weekly newsletter, making sure all articles are consistent with the Brand image.

They also liaise with all levels in different departments both within Arcadia and external businesses to achieve brand and group objectives.
