Buying
Our Buyers and their teams focus on developing and delivering the product ranges, driving profits, and influencing the brand product strategy. They concentrate on anticipating and meeting the needs of the customers and developing strong links with our suppliers. Working closely with Merchandising they balance trading and planning to create appropriate new and exciting ranges in our stores.
Buyers specifically meet the target customer requirements by working alongside designers to capture the latest trends, and with technologists to ensure that fabric and fit satisfies our quality standards.

BUYER'S ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - BAA
As a Buyer's Administration Assistant you'll provide crucial support to the Buyer and the Assistant Buyer. Whilst in this role, you'll develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed within this area of the business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective administration support to the Buyer and the Assistant Buyer.
- Contributing to decision-making across the product range.
- Monitoring deliveries into the Distribution Centre and liaising with suppliers and colleagues.
- Maintaining a library of sample garments.
- Ensuring the quality control process is applied.
- Visiting our stores and those of our competitors.
To be effective in this role you'll need to be passionate about fashion, have a strong awareness of current and future fashion trends and a real desire to make things happen. It's also important to have a creative flair, strong communication, interpersonal and team working skills as well as an ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
Buying is a multifunctional and uniquely satisfying role and to be a part of it you'll need to combine great organisational skills with a drive to succeed.
