Paul Couchie, Branch Manager
In 1996 I started my retail career by joining the Arcadia Management Trainee programme. I have managed stores for brands including Topshop, Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge and now Evans. I am now Manager of the Evans Flagship store, Marble Arch - London.
As a retailer it is imperative that I have a variety of skills to enable me to manage the day to day running of the store. From people skills which enable me to lead, inspire and develop my team, to commercial skills which enable me to make the most of potential profit opportunities.
At Evans, our customer is key. With her in mind I take pride in creating an exciting shopping experience through visual merchandising and great customer service. Arcadia and especially the Evans brand, is a great place to work!
