Nicky Mellet – Senior HR Officer
I started working at Arcadia 4 years ago, initially as HR Assistant for Evans. I have progressed with my career having experienced both Head Office and Retail HR roles. I also undertook a secondment in Burton and studied for and completed my CIPD. This experience has helped me to develop into a well rounded HR professional. My current role as HR Officer involves providing a generalist HR service to the brand which has enabled me to be involved in a wide range of activities including recruitment, training & development, employee relation issues and reward management.
