Kat Milford, Branch Manager
I have worked with the brand for 7 years now and been a branch manager for 5 of those! Every day is different and I have been very lucky to have the opportunity to develop myself through brand training schemes which have help build my confidence, skill base and people management skills.
I have recently moved to take on my biggest challenge of manager of Bluewater one of our flagship stores. This has a different agenda every day and I love the pace, passion and energy from being in a flagship store. My management skills have been challenged and tested and I have seen the biggest growth in my devolvement with being here! Evans is a people focused business, both us and our customers, and this is what I love most about my career.
