Helen Morland, Retail Operations Co-Ordinator
I've been working for Evans for 9 years now and still love the diversity that is involved in the Retail Operations dept, with no day being the same. Retail Operations look after all communication between the centre and stores as well as field teams and this involves contact with departments such as systems, logistics, distribution and the buying & merchandising teams as well as the other brands in Arcadia. My role each week includes writing & pulling together our weekly newsletter, writing store procedures and ensuring that stores have operational support. The thing I enjoy most about Evans is the enthusiasm & passion that our teams show for the brand, whether in store or in the field!
