Fiona Ross, Brand Director
"I joined Evans 18 years ago as a Distributor fresh from having spent a year travelling with no real idea of what the role really involved!
However, from the moment I joined the Brand the 'Merchandising and Distribution' function felt natural and provided the right mix of challenge and excitement that meant I spent the next 10 years progressing my career within merchandising.
I left Evans as a Merchandise Manager to work on other womenswear brands within the Arcadia Group; however, in just over a year I was back at Evans and haven't looked back since finally becoming Brand Director.
What I love about this brand is the constant change we have gone through over the years, which means you never get a chance to become bored. Also, the relationship we have with our customers, who are always telling us what we could do to make this a better Brand!
The people who work and shop here are what make Evans a special place to work, it is fast paced and challenging but we have a real sense of pride in what we do and how we treat people - it has made us the successful Brand that we are and is what makes me proud to lead the Brand."
