Step Two: Online application form

Once you've identified the role that best suits your experience and skills, click 'apply'.

Applying is a quick and easy process that shouldn’t take much longer than 15 minutes to complete. We use it as a handy tool to find out about who you are and what sort of relevant experience you have.

Your unique user name will enable you to save each section and return later if you're pushed for time.

Step Three: First stage Interview - Telephone Interview

If you're successful at the online application stage, we'll contact you to arrange a first stage telephone interview.

We find this provides a great opportunity to get a feel for your personality, as well as to explore your skills and experience in more detail.

To prepare for your interview you may find it useful to take a look at our hints and tips section.

Step Four: Second stage Assessment - Face to Face Interview

If successful at the telephone interview you'll be asked back for a second stage assessment. This will involve a competency-based interview and a floor walk. You'll be fully briefed before the day in order to allow you to prepare for the assessment.
