Step One: Vacancy Search
You can find details of all our management vacancies on our website under vacancy search. You can search for our vacancies using the position or location you're looking for.
Step Two: Online application form
Once you've identified the role that best suits your experience and skills, click 'apply'. Our online application form is a simple step-by-step process that will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. It enables us to find out as much as possible about your application. You'll be given a unique user name and password that will enable you to save each section as you go along. You can then log out and return if you're pushed for time. When you complete the online form, we'll send you an email acknowledging receipt of your application.
Step Three: First stage Interview
If you're successful at application stage, we'll contact you to arrange a first stage interview. This interview will be conducted either over the phone or face to face in a store, depending on the vacancy. The interview will be based on our competencies and will explore your previous experience and skills.

Step Four: Second stage Assessment
Depending on the role, you may be asked back for a second stage assessment. This will involve a competency-based interview, and may incorporate a floor walk or presentation depending on the vacancy you're applying for. You'll be fully briefed before the day in order to allow you to prepare for the assessment.
