Step One: Vacancy Search
You can find details of all our head office vacancies on our website under vacancy search. You can search for our vacancies using the position or location you are looking for.
Step Two: Online application form
Once you’ve identified the role that best suits your experience and skills, click 'apply'. Our online application form is a simple step-by-step process that will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. It enables us to find out as much as possible about your application. You’ll be given a unique user name and password that will enable you to save each section as you go along. You can then log out and return if you're pushed for time. When you complete the online form, we'll send you an email acknowledging receipt of your application.
Step Three: Telephone conversation
If you're successful at application stage, we'll call you to clarify some basic information. We'll explore an overview of your experience and your expectations around your next role. This will then enable us to decide whether the role you have applied for the most suitable role or indeed if there are any other roles that may be of interest to you.
Step Four: First stage Interview
You will then be invited to attend a first stage interview at our head office, located in Central London. The interview will be based on our competencies and will explore your previous experience and skills.

Step Five: Second Stage Assessment
If you've been successful at your first interview, you'll be invited back to attend a second stage assessment. This will also involve a competency-based interview. You'll also be required to complete a skills based assessment, the content of which will differ on the role you’re applying for. Examples of skills based assessments are floor walks, computer tests or a presentation.
We'll communicate with you promptly and efficiently throughout the process to keep you updated around your progress. At the end of the process you'll be notified of the outcome of your application.
