At Evans we ensure that all our suppliers, manufacturers and everyone involved in supplying goods to us comply to our code of conduct.
Our code of conduct is based on the International Labour Organisation (ILO) guidelines and is a fair and achievable way to monitor, develop and promote the ongoing improvement of our supply base.
Through a process of self-evaluation, internal risk assessment and a series of independent audits conducted by a third party, we can ensure that our code of conduct is adhered to.
We want our customers to feel comfortable that the items they buy from us have been produced in an ethical and responsible manner. To this end we insist that our suppliers trade lawfully, through fair and honest dealings, do so without exploiting those in their employment, provide safe and decent working conditions and take a responsible attitude towards the environment.
